Computersimulation of the threedimensional structure of a DNA molecule relaxed state – no supercoiling made with Chemitorium 2.0 – download at weltweitimnetz.de Note: Don’t wonder there’s no supercoiling in this simulation. It’s because this effect occurs only under the influence of other molecules such as special enzymes or water molecules. For simplicity I’ve left them out here and because it’s a real simulation and not just an animation the molecule can’t be twisted without these other molecules nearby.
