Dwarfism
Dwarfism is an autosomal dominant condition. The syndrome develops from a heterozygous individual, that is from one single-dose syndrome therefore, if a two dosage of a bad autosomal dominant gene is acquired, that is if homozygous, AA. The A allele develops this syndrome. Acquiring AA is lethal; it may result in stillbirth or death shortly after birth, that is in less than one year.
