I think this is enough information that one needs to build a DNA double helix Rodin coil. Let me know if you do and what experiments you do. I will suggest some experiments later but for now you are on your own, exploring the unknown where the credentialed fear to tread. Yes. More H-bonds mean that it takes more energy to break the DNA base pair which makes the bond more stable. GC has 3 H-bonds and is a more stable bp than AT, which has 2.
